      • Modify or change the contents and provisions of Terms & Conditions at any time. In such a case we will post updates on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to check this section regularly for changes.

      We have done our best to show our products as accurately and detailed as possible. We cannot be liable for your device displaying colors differently. Every product has limited availability. We reserve the right to withhold any sale after our max quota is reached. In such cases the item will be marked as ”sold out” and checkout closed until restock. All products, descriptions, sizing, fabric information are subject to change at any time

      Every purchased product is the subject for our Returns Policy, with the exception of:

      • Customized items.
      • Items bought from us at the exhibitions.
      • Items no longer offered at our online store.

      We offer worldwide shipping on all orders or optional courier shipping. All orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days of placing an order. Processing time might be extended up to 10 days during busier periods (Black Friday & Cyber Monday) and Holidays (Christmas & New Year). An email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched.


      Each parcel will be carried and delivered within the recipient country by the National Postal service up to the doors or mailbox in accordance with local postage delivery conditions. Each parcel will be provided with priority status and registered tracking number.

      • Remote Area Service - ?$ 

      Service which makes shipment pickup and delivery possible in a remote location which is not normally covered by DHL Express. Such as: locations far away from population, mountains, distant farms, no roads areas, jungles, forests, etc 

      • Delivery Address Correction - ?$

      If the delivery address provided by the buyer during order procedure is incorrect or can’t be reached, DHL Express will ascertain the correct one (within Service Area delivery) with either receiver or sender.

      Additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are obligatory to be covered by the buyer. We will contact you if any of these occur and request remaining payment on behalf of DHL

        Orders shipped OUTSIDE the European Union MAY BE subject to import duties or charges implemented by a specific country and can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. We have no control over these matters and are not liable for the charges which may incur. Please note, if customs duty is not paid for whatever reason, your order will be returned to EVER FIT address, and the shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

        4. RETURNS

        If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused item within 14 days of receipt. Any return sent out after this period will be rejected. We recommend sending returns with registered services to ensure safe and successful delivery. We’re not responsible for lost parcels. You are liable for the cost of returning items and for your parcel until the moment it reaches EVER FIT. 

        • Faulty items:

        If such a case occurs that the item you have received is in any way faulty, contact us by emailing support@everfitwear.com Customer shall write the following in the content of the letter of complaint: fault item description, including attached pictures. Faulty items will be reshipped with no charge.


        You can cancel your EVER FIT order for any reason in the first 30 minutes after it was placed. You can cancel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the ‘cancel order’ button.

        It's important to note that all cancellations must be made within 30 minutes. If it's been more than 30 minutes, you won't see the "CANCEL ORDER" button and your order will ship as scheduled.         6. PAYMENTS

        We currently accept payments in EUR and USD.

        We accept payments through:

        • Payment Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club) - All Payments are processed by our payment provider - PayLane. Every transaction is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only during your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your information is deleted.

        You are responsible to provide current and accurate address, purchase, and account information. We will not be liable for parcels sent to the wrong address if such was provided.


        We are not responsible for the wrong delivery address or insufficient delivery information. We have no control over these matters and are not liable for the charges which may incur. The wrong delivery address must be claimed by your local delivery courier by a sticker that contains a certain reason. “No such address” or “Insufficient address” depending on the recipient’s country conditions. Each undelivered parcel by the reason given above will be returned to our office and we’ll be obligated to handle returning postage fees until the moment it reaches EVER FIT. We can resend your order again on a new/corrected address. Every shipment will be additionally charged with 6,99EUR (29,99EUR - DHL Express) as the cost incurred by delivering the shipment back again to the recipient’s new/corrected address. 


        We may provide you with access to third-party tools, services, materials, links (including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, payment provider, widgets) which we have no control or input over. You agree that we provide you with access to such tools without any warranties or conditions. We will not be held liable for any problems relating to the use of third-party services, tools, links. By any use of third party tools and links, you agree to be bound by their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before engaging in their services. We will be not held liable for any purchase or use of our goods or services made with unauthorized third-party websites.         • Providing false information, pretending to be someone else, or misleading us or third-parties.

        By any feedback, submission, suggestion, proposal or other materials whether online or otherwise (including but not limited to: comments, e-mail, complaints, postal mail), you agree that we are free to use them, without restriction, at any time and we will not be held under any obligation to pay for compensation or maintain such information confidential. We may monitor and remove content that violates our Terms & Conditions or is offensive in any way.
