RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS POLICY
At EVER FIT we believe that client satisfaction is our priority therefore if, for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused item for a refund or exchange it for any other item within 14 days of receipt of the order.
RETURN ORDER PROCEDURE
- Download our RETURN FORM, complete it and print it out. Make sure to place it inside of your return package to let us know what to do with it.
- Send your parcel back to us. NOTE You are liable for the cost of returning your order and for your parcel until the moment it reaches EVER FIT. We're not responsible for lost parcels, therefore, we highly recommend using only registered parcels with the tracking number.
- Once you dispatched your order please contact our support at support@everfitwear.com and inform us about your return, please make sure to include your order number and returned parcel tracking number.
- We’ll contact you by email as soon as we receive your return and implement the requested steps. Refunds will be confirmed by email. Exchanged items will be dispatched within 5 working days of your return receipt.
NOTE:
- Make sure to meet 14 days period to return your order.
- Refunds are issued against the original payment method used at the checkout and will reach you within 7 working days of EVER FIT receiving your return.
- Every purchase made with an international shipping option and returned for a refund caused by any cause not related to our service and quality will be reduced of 5,99EUR as the cost incurred by delivering the shipment. Costs of the DHL express option will not be refunded.
- Every size exchange will be additionally charged with 6,99EUR (29,99EUR - DHL Express) as the cost incurred by delivering the shipment back to the sender.
We CAN NOT accept returned items that:
- -Have been washed.
- -Are not in a resalable condition.
- -Are covered in animal or human hair.
- -Are no longer sold on our website.
- -Are customized with your initials
